The atmosphere, the yummy treats, lovely craft coffee and tea beverages and the staff and owners are amazing ! Walk down the stairs to the basement of the McAllisters Hotel and try a Red Latte!

It was our first time coming in, saw the sign for the shop while walking around. staff is wonderful and very friendly! Lots of things to choose from. Very delicious! Was a big hit with my boys(of course they got decaf) definitely will become regulars.

We live out of town and we frequent Britton’s several times a year and love their food, coffee, and their locations. They were our caffeinated strength after toting our 4 week old back home to grieve the loss of my father in law, and they are there each trip to keep us caffeinated for the long drives back to our home. We never left a review I guess because we never thought about it. You better believe we have to leave a review to get that 5.0 back. They didn’t ask us to. They are good stewards of everything from the ground up-that is one of the reasons we support them. Go-eat and drink-it is and they are all good. Also, be kind.

LOVED my first impression of Ikigai Coffee! My siblings and I enjoy visiting cafes, breweries, bars, books & brews, etc., and admire the unique character, aesthetic, vibe, and details of each. Our first visit to Ikigai was a DELIGHT! The spot is modern, “industrial chic,” - simple, and very attractive! There were two baristas there when we visited - including Sasha, the owner. We were greeted quickly and warmly, and my brother and I began chatting with both women as we studied and appreciated the pleasing menu. My brother ordered a latte, and me a pineapple coconut smoothie - he was happy with the latte, and the smoothie was phenomenal! (With an eco-, turtle-friendly straw too!) Both women were lovely and we so enjoyed chatting with them! As we prepared to leave, Sasha sent us home with complimentary cinnamon buns!!! She began preparing two, and then generously asked “how many (people) at home?” Not wanting to be greedy, we just said two, and they were scrumptious! And beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!!! Local small business with a stunning shop, yummy treats, and super courteous staff - what more could you want? (Plus Sasha’s charming South African accent to boot!)

Such an amazing place in downtown Hanover, PA! Ikigai Coffee Hanover, below the McAllister Hotel on York Street, has the BEST (one could not even dream this place) coffee and treats! I mean, way over the top, soooooooooooo delicious coffee and food! It's more than five (go 五つ ) stars! Out of all the coffee shops/cafe's my husband and I have visited anywhere, Ikigai far surpasses any! Go for the stars at Ikigai! #Ikigaicoffeehanover Ikigai Coffee Hanover

Great coffee cute spot! The space was clean and well decorated! The spinach egg bites hit the spot but unfortunately, were the only gluten-free option. Recommend the pumpkin latte and regular vanilla latte.

Stopped in with my hubs to get some lattes to try since we live out of state now. I got the Barista Special which was a Blackberry White Mocha and my husband got the chai latte. Both were great! Perfect drinking temperature and flavorful, it could be a little sweet for some but you can easily dial that back if needed. The downtown location is located in the basement of the historic McCallister Hotel. Cozy chill vibes and free WiFi. Great place to hangout or work. 10/10 recommend!

This cafe has a lowkey and chill vibe, and is centrally located in downtown Hanover with easy street parking. It has a welcoming feel and is decorated beautifully. The staff are equally as welcoming and kind, each and every time I come. The coffee is carefully and consistently crafted deliciously, I can’t get enough! They have a variety of specialty drinks and syrups, as well as creative and yummy baked goods. All at great prices, too! Every time I’m in the area, I make sure to stop by Britton!
